Call for Papers: Special Issue on Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation We are pleased to announce a call for papers for our upcoming Special Issue on Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation. Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation plays a critical role in improving functional capacity, quality of life, and long-term outcomes for individuals with cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions. This special issue aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the latest advances, emerging evidence, and innovative approaches in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation across diverse patient populations and healthcare settings. Scope and Topics of Interest We welcome original research, review articles, and clinical perspectives on topics including (but not limited to): l Exercise training and physical activity interventions l Cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs l Rehabilitation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), heart failure, coronary artery disease, and post-COVID conditions l Assessment of functional capacity and cardiopulmonary performance l Respiratory muscle training and airway clearance techniques l Tele-rehabilitation and digital health applications l Multidisciplinary rehabilitation approaches l Lifestyle modification and secondary prevention l Psychological well-being, adherence, and quality of life l Innovations in rehabilitation technologies and community-based care All submissions will undergo rigorous peer review. Accepted articles will be published Open Access and promoted through our journal platforms and social media channels.
